    Arrive with your vehicle at your chosen Berry retailer branch location at your agreed appointment. Our buyers will be waiting to greet you.

    You can accompany our purchaser while your vehicle is inspected. This includes a short test drive where the purchaser will move the vehicle several meters forwards and backwards.

    You will be offered a price for your car.

    If you do decide to sell your car, our purchaser will run through all the relevant paperwork with you and arrange for money to be paid into your chosen bank account. The paperwork to be completed includes:

    • Notifying the DVLA of the sale to allow you to receive a road tax refund

    • Updating the vehicle logbook (V5C)

    • Paying any outstanding finance using an in date settlement letter.

    If you do decide to sell your car, please ensure that you have made arrangements for your return journey.

  • Where possible, yes. We understand that visiting the dealership isn’t always convenient, so we can often arrange to meet you at your home or workplace. As this depends on location and availability, all visits must be agreed in advance with our team.
